Rhubarb Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
2 c. soft bread crumbs
6 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Melt butter.
Toss with crumbs.
Arrange 1/3 of the crumbs in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with half of the rhubarb and half of the combined sugars and cinnamon.
Nutmeg or cloves may also be used.
Cover with layer of same and finish with layer of crumbs on top.
Cover casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Now uncover and bake another 1/2 hour or until rhubarb is done.
Serve warm.
