Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak (sirloin or round)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. green onions
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    2 tomatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons butter, then add the bouillon. Simmer 30 minutes. Blend in green peppers and onions.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Add soy sauce, 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
    Let thicken. Also add another 1/2 cup bouillon.
    Add tomatoes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
