Joy'S Cheesy Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (8 oz.), skinned and boned
2 c. water
1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/3 c. carrots, finely chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, finely sliced
1/2 c. skim milk
Molly McButter cheese sprinkles
Preparation

Simmer chicken in water until tender.
Remove, cool and shred. Boil broth until decreased to 1 cup.
Add onion, celery, carrots and mushrooms.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk. Add chicken and sprinkle on cheese sprinkles until desired cheesy flavor suits you.
Serves 4.
