Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Into Brown-in-Bag, add 1 tablespoon flour, salt, pepper, paprika, green pepper, onion and tomatoes (no juice) and chicken.
    Put bag in pan.
    Blend 1/4 cup flour with tomato liquid.
    Add remaining seasonings and wine.
    Pour into bag. Close bag with tie.
    Make slits in top.
    Cook 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice or with potatoes.
