Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can milk
    2 c. regular milk
Preparation
    Cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks together.
    Add vanilla and cornstarch.
    Add milk. Stir.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in two pie crusts.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn down to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
