Cranberry Filbert Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. cranberries
    2 oranges
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. candied ginger, chopped
    1/2 c. toasted filberts, chopped
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve liquid.
    Measure juice and add enough water to make 2 cups.
    Add sugar.
    Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
    Add cranberries and cook 5 minutes.
    Grate rind of one orange.
    Remove segments of both oranges.
    Add rind, segments, raisins and ginger to cranberry mixture.
