Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion
    garlic clove (or can use powder)
    1/2 green pepper (mango)
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can tomato puree and 1 can water
Preparation
    Cook 2/3 cup rice in 2 cups water.
    Simmer 20 minutes with lid on.
    Brown meat, onion, garlic, celery and pepper.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add tomato puree and water.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Add rice and mix well.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
