Hot Shrimp Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 per pkg.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
    2 cans canned shrimp, chopped
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Bake biscuits according to package directions.
    Cool and split biscuits.
    Leave on baking sheet.
    Chop shrimp and combine with remaining ingredients, except sesame seed.
    Spread mixture evenly on cut biscuit halves.
    Toast sesame seed in dry frying pan over medium to low heat until light golden brown in color.
    Sprinkle seed on canapes and broil until lightly browned and bubbly.
    Serve while hot.
    This is good to make ahead and broil at the last minute.
