Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Shape into small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a roasting pan with rack until brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
