Calzones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 loaves Frozen Bread Dough, defrost and let rise.
4 pkgs. Frozen chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 lb. Genoa Salami, sliced
1 lb. Pepperoni, sliced
1 lb. Provolone Cheese, sliced
Preparation

Roll out dough to cookie sheet size. Scatter spinach evenly. Layer cold cuts, and cheese. Roll Jelly Roll fashion. Length-wise and tuck in ends. Brush top with beaten egg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 min. Cool. Wrap refrigerate or freeze. Reheat at 320\u00b0 for 20 min.
