Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onions
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in colander and set aside.
    Combine beaten eggs, mayonnaise, soup and onions.
    Mix well.
    Add cheese and mix again. Then add broccoli, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole, sprinkle top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Do not cover.
    Pork out!
