Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Leave cream cheese out overnight to soften.
    Cream the cheese, sugar and eggs until nice and creamy.
    Add vanilla.
    Line spring-form pan with graham cracker crumbs.
    Pour cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar and pour over cheese cake that has been baked.
    Cook another 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool.
    Place in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. May garnish with strawberry glaze.
    I just serve cherry or strawberry pie filling on the side.
