Onion Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or pkg. or dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add to 2 cups flour, sugar and salt.
    Knead.
    Knead in additional 1/2 cup flour.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Knead again.
    Roll out in rectangle.
    Add 1 small chopped onion; roll up.
    Slice about 1-inch thick.
    Rise again (about 45 minutes).
    Brush with egg and bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
