Cheese Hash Brown Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter
1 pkg. frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can celery soup
1 can potato soup
onion to taste
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Butter 9 x 12-inch dish.
Combine all ingredients (except cheese) and pour into pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Top with cheese.
Bake to melt.
