Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon (boneless)
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    In medium bowl, drain and flake salmon.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with fork.
    Shape into ball and roll in parsley flakes.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving with your favorite crackers.
