Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium green tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes thin and cook in vinegar and a bit of water until tomatoes are tender.
    Add sugar, butter, cinnamon and cornstarch.
    Simmer until slightly thickened.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Cover with pastry.
    Punch a few fork holes in top of crust.
    Sprinkle crust with sugar and a bit of cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Crush should be golden brown.
