Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter
1 can condensed potato soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 chopped fine onion
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Boil zucchini until partially tender.
Drain and slice. Prepare Stove Top according to directions on box.
Add other ingredients to stuffing mix.
Add zucchini and put all into greased casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
