Hawaiian Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (may substitute chicken)
1 small chopped onion
brown sugar
barbecue sauce
1 large can pineapple (may use rings, chunks or crushed)
Preparation

Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place chops/chicken in and coat each piece with chopped onion, thick coat of barbecue sauce and cover with brown sugar.
Drain pineapple and place on top.
Cover lightly (do not seal edges) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Delicious served with wild rice.
