Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 to 4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add milk.
    Sift half the flour with the salt and baking powder.
    Add egg mixture.
    Beat the batter smooth and add only as much flour as needed.
    Batter should be thick enough to run through a funnel into deep hot fat.
    Spirals and endless intricate shapes can be made by swirling and crisscrossing while holding funnel spout with finger.
    Fry until golden brown. Repeat with next funnel of batter.
