Mississippi Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
1 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Kraft Italian dressing
Preparation

Mix together and serve as a dip with corn chips.
Will keep a long time in the refrigerator.
