Apple Turnovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. margarine, diced
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
pastry for double-crust pie
milk
Preparation

Place apples in a bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add margarine.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch; mix with apples and set aside.
