Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    2 sticks celery, chopped fine
    1 large onion
    1/2 bottle family size ketchup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasonings
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 bottle chili sauce
Preparation
    Mix together and pour over meat.
    Roast for 4 hours or until done.
    Take out fat and bone.
    Pull meat apart with fork.
    Serve on hard rolls.
