Refried Beans Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pinto beans, soaked overnight
    1 (16 oz.) mild salsa
    2 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) guacamole
    1 (16 oz.) light or nonfat sour cream
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 c. shredded cheese
    chips
Preparation
    Rinse soaked pinto beans.
    Put beans in large pot and cover with water.
    Cook for 3 hours.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Stir and simmer until thick.
    Mash down.
    Layer in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Layer guacamole, sour cream, cheese and tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with chips as your spoon.
    Eat with a side of salad.
    Makes a great summer meal.
