Apostle Island Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 cloves chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 chopped onion
sliced zucchini to taste
sliced green pepper to taste
sliced carrots to taste
chopped celery to taste
cauliflower, broken into flowerets
hot red pepper to taste
3 ripe tomatoes
cooked pasta
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden and remove.
Add vegetables to oil and saute.
Add tomatoes; smoosh and stir.
Add cooked pasta and saute until pasta picks up color/flavor.
Toss all with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
