Tangy Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Preparation

Place water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Add bouillon cube, stirring until dissolved.
Add Brussels sprouts; return to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Add onion and vinegar; stir gently.
Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Yields 4 servings.
