Fruit Frappe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O (lime flavor)
    2 c. ice cubes
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. lime sherbet
Preparation
    Pour boiling water into blender container.
    Add Jell-O and blend at low speed until completely dissolved.
    Add ice cubes; stir until partially melted and blend 2 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened.
    Add sherbet and blend.
    Serve at once as beverage or pour into individual dishes and chill for 30 minutes or more.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings.
