Canned Potatoes For Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 bushel potatoes
    boiling water
    salt
    scalloped potatoes
    1 qt. canned potatoes
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion and cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Pack in clean canning pint or quart jars.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each quart of potatoes.
    Pour boiling water to fill each jar; seal.
    Place in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
