Swedish Meat Balls And Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
1 egg
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. half and half
Preparation

For meat balls, mix beef, pork, bread crumbs, half and half, onion, salt, allspice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and egg. Shape into 30 (1-inch) balls.
Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 20 minutes, turning often until brown. Drain meat balls. Stir in soup, half and half and nutmeg.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.
