Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. reconstituted dry milk
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery and celery leaves
Preparation

Pour milk into top of double boiler.
Sprinkle flour and seasoning over surface.
Beat with rotary beater until blended. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened.
