Pineapple Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 Tbsp. Crisco (not heaping)
    3 c. flour (White Lily plain)
    1 small can evaporated Pet milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Let eggs and butter get to room temperature.
    Cream Crisco, butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Alternately add flour, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Make 4 (9-inch) layers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
