Lite Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. cocoa
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, cocoa and sugar.
    Add water and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Serve as a dip with fresh fruit.
    Makes 1 cup.
