Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine milk, salt, pepper and margarine, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Reserve 1/4 cup cheese for topping.
    Stir in remaining cheese until melted. Add elbows.
    Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
    Bake uncovered in 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
