Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
4 or 5 green peppers
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cut off tops of peppers.
Clean out seeds and wash thoroughly.
Cook peppers for 5 minutes in 5 cups salted water. Drain.
