Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except sugar and vinegar.
Mix sugar and vinegar and stir into slaw.
(Will keep for several days.)
