Frozen Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. whipped cream
    2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat yolks.
    Add lemon juice and salt.
    Cook in saucepan until thick; cool until just warm.
    Mix in whipped cream; set aside.
    In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with grahams.
    Smooth mixture on top. Freeze.
