Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 c. milk
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
4 large sweet potatoes

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes, peel and mash.
Add all other ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
