Leeks Cooked With Onion - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches leeks
1 large onion, cut in slivers
3 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove roots from leeks.
Wash and chop into small pieces. Saute onion slowly in oil, but do not brown.
Add leeks and cook only until tender.
Season.
Serve as a side dish.
