Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts
    16 oz. sour cream
    salt, pepper and paprika
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    Cut into bite-size pieces.
    Mix soup, mushrooms and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers and pour evenly over chicken mixture.
    Pour melted butter over crackers.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Poppy seed may be sprinkled on top.
    Serves 8.
