Kahlua Creme Brulee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 egg yolks
2 c. half and half
2 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Kahlua
Preparation

Bring half and half, cream and sugar to boil, then remove from flame.
Let cool.
In bowl, lightly whisk yolks while slowly adding sugared creme.
Add Kahlua; remove any froth from the top.
Ladle mixture in ramekins and bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 in water bath, lightly covered with foil (they are ready when bounce to touch).
Refrigerate until completely cooled.
Cover top with coating of sugar and caramelize.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
