Caramel Ribbon Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk plus 2 Tbsp.
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and evaporated milk in a double boiler on low heat.
    Combine cake mix, evaporated milk and melted butter.
    Put 1/2 in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle caramel mixture over base. Put rest of mixture on top (crumble over top).
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Wait 10 minutes and cut.
