Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. diced ripe bananas
    1 small can undrained crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients.
    Make a well in the middle and add remainder of ingredients.
    Mix all well with spatula; pour into prepared Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, then 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
