Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 boiled sweet potatoes
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water 3 minutes.
    Add butter.
    Pare potatoes. Slice and arrange in single layer in baking dish.
    Pour over syrup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Baste several times.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
