Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. red bell pepper
    1/4 c. green bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Crumble; drain well.
    Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in crust.
    Add cream to beaten eggs; mix lightly.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Mix; pour over sausage mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool slightly before cutting.
