Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water (rinse soup cans with this water)
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Add bell pepper and onion and saute. Add all other ingredients (soups are undiluted).
    Pour into casserole and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
