Potatoes And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    3 medium carrots
    1 medium green pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes, carrots and green pepper.
    Mix together in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Cut up margarine and mix with vegetables.
    Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper over vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
