Oven Omelet Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In oven, melt butter in baking dish (13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
    Stir in onion.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.
