Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground meat
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. whole peppercorns
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Mix together very good.
    Make into rolls about 1 1/2 to 2-inches diameter and 10 to 12-inches long.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil.
    Pat dry.
    Cool and rewrap in foil.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
