Orange Taffy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. light corn syrup
    1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
    pinch salt
    1 c. half and half cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine first four ingredients.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Bring to a rapid boil and cook until candy thermometer reads 245\u00b0.
    Add cream and butter.
    Stir until mixture reaches 245\u00b0 again.
    Pour into a greased pan and cool.
    When cool enough to handle, roll into 1 1/2 inch logs or 1 inch balls.
    Wrap individually in foil.
    Twist ends.
