Cajun Spice Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix well.
Rub on all sides of chicken before cooking.
