Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    2 c. grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper to butter. Stir until bubbly.
    Add milk gradually to dissolve flour mixture. Separately cook broccoli in chicken bouillon seasoned water. Blend this mixture with cheese mixture.
